Policies

Please read this policy before booking any appointments with Utopia Brow Studio. Please note that it is also your responsibility to read through the FAQs and determine if whether you are a good candidate for Microblading or any permanent cosmetics. If upon arrival we determine that we can not continue with the procedures because of the listed conditions in the FAQs your deposit will be non-refundable. If you have any questions regarding any of the conditions in the FAQ please contact me prior to booking an appointment.

While I am very grateful for my wonderful clients, timely and efficient service is a must for me in order to provide outstanding customer service. If you fail to comply with these policies we are unable to service everyone in a fair efficient way. Customer service and safety are my highest priority, these policies help to ensure all clients are given the absolute best experience possible. I am thankful for your business and welcome any inquires about this policy.

  • Cancellation Policy

    The booking deposit is Non-Refundable. You will forfeit your deposit if you need to cancel your appointment. If you wish to book another appointment after cancellation an additional deposit will be required.

  • Rescheduling Policy

    If you are needing to reschedule your appointment please give a 48 hour notice to avoid forfeit of your deposit. If you reschedule within the allowed time frame your deposit will transfer ONLY ONE TIME. If you must be rescheduled a second time you will lose your deposit and another deposit will be required to book again. I ask that you please call or text me to reschedule.

  • No Show Policy

    Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No Show fee will apply. No Shows will be charged the half price of appointment missed AND you will be required to pay in full for a new appointment.

  • Late Policy

    I ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment. Being late for your appointment sets following client’s appointment back. I allow a 15 minute window from the time of your appointment. Please be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled, you will be considered a no show and lose your deposit. You may reschedule with a new deposit.

  • Booking Fee

    Upon booking your appointment a Non-Refundable deposit will be required to hold your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service fees and the balance is due the day of your appointment.

  • Touchup appointments

    A touchup appointment 6-10 weeks after the initial appointment is highly recommended in order to complete your service and for best results. It is the client’s responsibly to book this appointment. Fees will go up if you get your first touchup after the recommended time of 6-10 weeks. (Please refer to my prices for more information). I recommend booking your touchup in advance to get in as I can book up quickly.

  • Guest Policy

    Due to cross-contamination and interruption, please DO NOT bring guest or pets to your appointment. We also ask for the safety of your children you do not bring them to any appointments. We have a NO CHILDREN policy in the treatment studio. If your child is with you and does not have a supervising adult with them, your appointment will be rescheduled as a NO SHOW. * NO EXCEPTIONS
